- Responsible for the operation of public transit for the City
- Provides fully accessible buses
- Operates the Handilift Bus for individuals who are unable to use the regular bus
- Posts transit schedules and fares on website

- Must not be able to board the regular bus
- Must not be able to walk 500 ft (150 m)

- Trips must be booked at least seven days in advance
- Applications to become a registered client must be completed and signed by a physician, chiropractor or registered therapist
