- Provides transportation for community members to travel to their scheduled medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist) for pre-approved health services within the city of Sudbury
- Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town if required
- Eligibility
- Members of Wahnapitae First Nation who require assistance with medical transportation due to illness, injury or age (50 years and over)
