- Description
- Provides the following support services for community elders and families that have members with disabilities
- Assistance in their residence with routine household activities such as light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and meal preparation
- Personal care help with activities such as dressing and bathing
- Basic foot care
- Teaching the individual in need to care for themselves
- Respite for family members and caregivers
- Light home maintenance including snow removal and grass cutting
- Eligibility
- Members of Wahnapitae First Nation who require assistance in their home due to illness, disabiity or age (50 years and over) and are registered with Norman Recollet Health Centre.
