Description
Functions as the governing office for the community; oversees all community programs, services and facilities 

Activities and services for community members also include but are not limited to the following:
  • Hospital services available at Matheson, Timmins and Iroquois Falls
  • Ontario First Nation Policing arrangements through Nishnawbe-Aski Police Services, Northeast Region
  • On-reserve Family Support Worker provided through Kunuwanimano Child & Family Services
  • Provides ambulance services and bus services to community members
  • Offers community services including a privately-run variety store and Wahgoshig Resources Inc (WRI), a business offering trucking services in mining, work in the forestry industry and a local sawmill
  • Owns and operates Little Fox Lodge which provides accommodations and a restaurant
  • Offers a community centre for all events and gatherings
  • Provides an Early Years Cente and a Choose Life building for youth activities
  • Offers a Volunteer Fire Department and community First Response team
