Mental Health Program


Description
Provides mental health services and support
  • Offers case management services including individual assessment and treatment planning
  • Provides supportive mental health counselling to community at large
  • Offers mental health support to all programs of the Family Health Team
  • Provides referrals to local and out of town community service providers
  • Provides individual and public education and information sessions
Also provides:
  • Advocacy on various committees and boards for increased mental health programs
  • Individual bereavement and grief counselling

Eligibility
  • Individuals 16 years of age and older experiencing mental health issues; do not require a formal diagnosis
  • Will provide referrals to required agencies for children younger than 16 years of age
