- Clients may apply for a maximum of 90 days, or 13 weeks, of respite each year. The recommended length of stay is one week, but can be increased to a maximum of 30 days.

- Applications can be initiated by the individual or a family physician
- Call 1-800-626-5406 to initiate an application
- A worker from Ontario Health atHome - North West Area will then call to complete the application process
