Description
  • Provides information on the family court process
  • Assists in documenting the history of abuse and accessing Legal Aid for family court proceedings
  • Offers referrals to specialized services and supports in the community
  • Teaches safety planning and assists with the development of safety plans
  • Accompanies victims to court proceedings when appropriate
