- Provides psychiatric assistance for children and their families through video conferencing
- Offers consultations, diagnosis and treatment from professionals at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto
- Recommends the child/client accessing telepsychiatry retain a counsellor or family doctor who can provide follow-up services
- Provides educational seminars and training programs for agencies on any of the related topics
- Anxiety disorders

- Must be a member of any of the 10 First Nations communities in the Rainy Lake Tribal Region either on/off-reserve
- Children and youth 17 years of age and younger with emotional and/or behavioural problems that require additional help
