- Assists individuals to secure and maintain adequate housing
- Provides guidance and support with landlord issues
- Provides limited financial assistance to help pay (top off) rent
- Case management services
- Recovery-based focus
- Home management support

Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years and up who experience an on-going mental health disability or are assessed as in recovery from an addiction
- Restricted to Employment and Income Assistance Participants, e.g. recipients of Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), or otherwise qualify for Rent Geared to Income (RGI)
