- Administers training and employment services and programs for First Nations in the Treaty #3 area
- Provides education and training skills for individuals who are unemployed
- Provides training in upgrading existing skills for employed individuals
- Provides new skills training for individuals in low paying jobs and seeking opportunities for advancement
- Assists with recruitment and selection processes of training participants and trainers
- Assists with developing training plans
- Provides information on occupations and skill requirements
- Provides training and/or advice on training project implementation
- Provides assistance and support to youth seeking work experience, summer employment, training, job readiness strategies, career information or gaining community service skills

- Must be a member of a Treaty #3 First Nation under Agreement
- Contact local or head office to determine financial assistance eligibility
- Can assist First Nations non Treaty #3 members to access funding from other First Nations or service providers
- Any Treaty #3 member living in Canada can request assistance for all programs except the Self Employment Program
