Health Services: Offers convenient, confidential and comprehensive medical care to Lakehead University students
Mental Health Services: Counselling at Student Health and Wellness is a free, short-term, client-centred, non-judgmental service- Licensed/registered, professionally-trained counsellors provide one-to-one counselling to students and help them address their needs
- Students can also explore other support options through the WellU Key (https://lakehead.portal.gs/)
- Eligibility
- Medical:
- Currently enrolled Lakehead University (Thunder Bay campus) students who have paid the Health Services Support Fee in their tuition
- Provincial health card or alternate health coverage, such as University Health Insurance Plan, documentation and student card required
- Application Process
- Services are available to all currently registered Lakehead University students; Appointments can be made by calling reception at 807-343-8361
