- Supports 24 Community Futures Development Corporations (CFDCs) in Northern Ontario, providing an array of business and counselling services, as well as financial assistance to not-for-profit corporations and small and medium-sized businesses in Northern Ontario
- Provides support to Francophone communities for their economic development projects

- Northern Ontario non-profit organizations, municipalities, First Nations and Community Economic Development Corporations that support small business development
