- Provides girls and young women with a role model to share companionship with through regular outings, usually twice per month
- Promotes the importance of staying in school and healthy relationships with family and peers
- Encourages leadership skills and independent thinking
- Requires mentors to make a minimum one year commitment
- Eligibility
- Girls and female youth between 7-17 years of age
Volunteers- Individuals 18 years of age and older interested in becoming a mentor
