Description
Open by appointment only with COVID-19 protocols in place. Call 807-345-5840 to make an appointment.

Provides community support services to all urban Aboriginal peoples to allow them to live independently in the community

  • Security Checks
  • Transportation for medical appointments

Eligibility
  • Must be of Aboriginal descent
  • Must be 55 years of age and older
  • Must be frail, vulnerable, and at risk
  • Must have one or more chronic illnesses or disabilities
  • Has limited access to culturally appropriate services
