Description
Promotes the development of good mental health and provides services for individuals with mental health issues

Provides counselling and information for the following issues:
  • Chronic disease management including coping skills and depression
  • Communication concerns
  • Emotional eating (not disorders)
  • Family conflict, divorce, separation and blended family issues
  • Life issues that affect individuals and/or families such as but not limited to bullying, caregiver support, injury/illness, job loss and relocation
  • Relationship issues
  • Smoking cessation
  • Stress management (individual and group counselling sessions)

8 am - 4 pm

Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Stress Management group sessions: Mon 12:10 pm-12:50 pm
Eligibility
  • Individuals struggling with issues that affect mental health wellness
  • Consideration will be given to younger individuals based on family issues or chronic disease


Age Requirements: Ages: 16 year(s) and up;

Residency Requirements: West to Vermilion Bay, East to Ignace
Application Process
Registration required except for stress management group drop-in
