- Provides assistance and coaching with business plans, including cash flow forecasting
- Offers research and information on topics such as basic start-up, expansion, export readiness, market research and marketing strategies and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) guidelines
- Offers training seminars geared to small businesses
- Provides financial assistance for business development through loans, equity investments and loan guarantees (to a maximum of $150,000 per business)
- Provides technical counselling and advice to area businesses
- Offers business consulting and planning
- Provides a business library including research assistance and computer access
- Eligibility
- Individuals aged 16 years of age and older
