Provides real-time booking for door-to-door specialized para-transit services for individuals unable to use conventional fixed route services
- Eligibility
- Individuals with a short-term or permanent physical disability, health impairment or functional mobility impairment
- Must be physically unable to climb or descend steps used on conventional public transit buses or unable to walk a distance of 175 metres
