Operates an outpatient foot care clinic that provides assessment and treatment for a variety of foot conditionsOffers care provided by Registered Occupational Therapists and services provided include:
  • Advanced Foot Care
  • Ambulatory/Non-Ambulatory AFO's
  • Custom Insoles/Orthotics
  • Deflective Padding
  • Off-Loading Devices
  • Remedial Footwear Modifications
  • Wound Care
Hours of Operation
Mon-Fri 7:30 am-3:30 pm
Must present a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) Card
Foot Clinic services are available to patients with diagnoses such as:
  • Diabetes
  • Peripheral Vascular Disease
  • Chronic Wounds (Ulcers, Amputations)
  • Compromised Immune Systems (Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, CREST Syndrome)
  • Chronic Renal Failure
  • Osteoarthritis (Traumatized Joints, Joint Deformities, Nerve Impingements)
Application Process
Prescription referral required for all Foot Clinic Services
Service - nail care, footwear, and orthotics ; None - wound care or assessments
