Eating Disorders Program


Description
  • Provides a community-based assessment and treatment program for individuals with eating disorders
  • Provides an initial assessment, treatment, and case management
  • Supports and counsels individuals through eating disorders awareness, education and prevention
  • Refers individuals to appropriate community supports and/or treatment centres
Works in partnership with the Regional Eating Disorders Program in Sudbury
Eligibility
Children, adolescents, adults, and their families who are suffering from eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and mixed syndromes
Application Process
Referrals are accepted from individuals, family members, friends, medical practitioners, social workers, therapists, counsellors, and community agencies
