- Description
- Provides a community-based assessment and treatment program for individuals with eating disorders
- Provides an initial assessment, treatment, and case management
- Supports and counsels individuals through eating disorders awareness, education and prevention
- Refers individuals to appropriate community supports and/or treatment centres
- Eligibility
- Children, adolescents, adults, and their families who are suffering from eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and mixed syndromes
- Application Process
- Referrals are accepted from individuals, family members, friends, medical practitioners, social workers, therapists, counsellors, and community agencies
