  • Provides service in home, office, retirement home and nursing homes
  • Offers referrals to community agencies

  • Follow-up evaluation
  • Liaising and consulting with professional and non-professional caregivers
  • Psychiatric assessment and referrals to appropriate agencies

Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm

Seniors who are experiencing mental health problems related to the aging process

Age Requirements: Ages: 60 year(s) and up;
