Description
  • Operates a facility where the public report traffic accidents or collisions
  • Provides a "One Stop Collision Reporting", through a unique partnership with the police, the insurance industry, and private enterprises
  • Assists individuals with the completion of forms, contacting their insurer or a loved one, and starting the claims process
Eligibility
  • All collisions where persons are injured, where damage exceeds a combined value of $1,000, or where there is damage to highway property, MUST be reported
  • If vehicle is drivable, accident must be reported with vehicle in attendance, within 48 hours
Application Process
  • During business hours, towed vehicles must go directly to the reporting centre from the scene of the collision, before receiving any repairs
  • Requires presentation of documents including drivers licence, ownership and insurance
  • Driver must attend with the vehicle
