Description
  • Assists people living with chronic pain to better manage their symptoms and their daily lives
  • Offers a free six-week workshop three times per year
Teaches individuals how to:
  • Use relaxation techniques and exercise
  • Deal with frustration and fatigue
  • Eat and sleep better
  • Use medications effectively
  • Evaluate new treatments
Note: Workshop participants receive for free the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions course book, the Chronic Pain Workbook, and the Moving Easy Program CD
