- Description
- Functions as a fundraising and granting organization dedicated to improving health care services
- Raises funds for Riverside Health Care Facilities Inc. for the purchase of medical equipment
- Accepts donations from individuals, businesses, service clubs, and charitable organizations
- Provides recognition to donors for their gifts through formal and informal, personal and public expressions of appreciation
- A membership based group dedicated to raising funds for the Riverside Foundation
- Raises funds through various events, profits from the tuck shop and the sale of Nevada tickets
- Establishes in memoriam funds as requested
- Provides families with a letter stating the collective total of the memorial funds donated (individual amounts will be kept confidential)
- Individuals donating the funds will receive an income tax receipt along with a thank you letter acknowledging that the family has been notified of the donation
