- Members of Anishinaabeg of Naongashiing First Nation between 16-65 years of age
Individuals and families who:- were eligible for Ontario Works in the previous months, or
- are no longer eligible for Ontario Works because they received a payment for loss of income under the 1986-1990 Hepatitis C Settlement Agreement
- were eligible for Ontario Works in the previous months, or
