- Works to provide health care services surrounding substance abuse/addictions and mental health issues
- Provides individual, couples and family mental health counselling
- Provides counselling for alcohol and drug pre-treatment, out-patient treatment and aftercare services
- Offers referrals to community supports and services

- Eligibility
- Pre-treatment, out-patient and after care for clients with substance abuse issues is available for individuals 18 years of age and older and/or families from any of the 10 First Nation communities in the Fort Frances Tribal area
- Family units receiving counselling can include children younger than the age of 18 years
- Offers referrals to children 17 years and younger (who are not part of family counselling) to appropriate mental health counselling services
- Pre-treatment, out-patient and after care for clients with substance abuse issues is available for individuals 18 years of age and older and/or families from any of the 10 First Nation communities in the Fort Frances Tribal area
