  • Fosters partnerships with the private sector and the provinces and territories
  • Supports demand-driven skills development

  • Training for high-demand jobs

  • Programs for youth
  • Programs for urban and Indigenous people with disabilities
  • Access to child care
Eligibility
  • Indigenous individuals who need employment
  • Most programs require the individual to be unemployed and/or underemployed and facing barriers to employment
