- Delivers medical transportation services on-reserve and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements
- Provides transportation to medical appointments to/from the Doreen Potts Health Centre within the community
- Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments, hotels, and completing applications for mileage compensation
- Eligibility
- Members of Temagami First Nation who require medical transportation assistance within the community due to age or disability
- Application Process
- Recommends arrangements made at least 24 hours in advance
