- Ensured the purchase of the Burns Wharf and Roller Mills by the municipality and has been instrumental in the renovation of the Burns Wharf Theatre and activities at Norisle Park
- Coordinates community events/activities such as music festivals and Heritage Days
- Displays and sells books, historical maps and other items
- Compiled and published "A Time to Remember: A History of the Municipality of Assiginack" in 1996
