Eligibility
  • Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum
  • Must have facility in English

Open to all Manitoulin Island residents who are 19 years of age and older; exceptions may be made for students between 16-18 years of age on a case-by-case basis who demonstrate required maturity levels
