- Provides an educational initiative for the healthy development of high-risk youth in Aboriginal communities
- Offers a ten-week course to youth from Grade 4-8 to promote self-worth, self-esteem and respect for others
- Delivers the program through cultural teachings, healing circles, role models and community awareness
- Uses a team approach involving police officers, teachers, principals, social workers, health care providers and Aboriginal Elders
- Provides a community graduation ceremony for student participants including a feast, ceremony, prizes and certificate
