Description
Functions as a family centre, offering children and families a place to learn, play and socialize
  • Offers programs to children at no cost to parents
  • Provides play centres with toys and materials for children
  • Offers preschool programs to introduce children to math and reading
  • Offers workshops on various parenting topics
  • Answers questions about child's development
  • Provides links to family services within the community
  • Participates in various preschool programs with community partners
  • Loans out adult resources on various parenting issues and child development issues
  • Loans out items such as baby swing, exersaucer, high chair/booster seat, infant play may and jolly jumper
Drop In Playtime
Encourages parents and children to come in during designated drop-in times to use the play space, learning centres and socialize with other families
