- Provides advisory service to member communities with human resource functions including recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers within each community
- Participation in a work readiness training program, Mining Essentials, which teaches industry-validated essential, non-technical skills and knowledge that the mining industry requires for individuals to be considered for entry-level positions

- Must belong to one of the member First Nations in the Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council (AKRC) region
