Description
Offers rehabilitation services for inpatient and outpatient clients utilizing the following disciplines:
  • Occupational therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Rehabilitation assistants
  • Speech language pathology
Provides individualized services which include but are not limited to:
  • injury assessment and treatment
  • post surgical treatment
  • return to work or daily activities programs
  • stroke rehab
  • swallowing or speech assessment
  • work readiness and functional assessments
  • work site analysis or adaptation
Eligibility
Inpatient and outpatient clients of the Timmins and District Hospital
Application Process
Must be referred by a physician, specialist, or local employer

Valid Ontario health (OHIP) card and completed referral required
