  • Operates a 32-bed emergency shelter for women and children escaping intimate partner abuse, and older women 55+ who are being abused by their live-in caregiver

Services include:

  • 24/7 crisis line
  • Transitional and housing support
  • Brief counselling
  • Child and youth program
  • Family court support
  • Educational outreach programs and services
Eligibility
  • Those who identify as women, 16 years of age and older, with or without children, who are leaving an abusive intimate partner that they have lived with in the past 3 months
  • Women 55 years and older experiencing abuse from a live-in caregiver
Application Process
Must call the shelter to do an intake over the phone or to make arrangements to come in person to complete the intake
