Focuses on health promotion and prevention and oversees nursing services in Wabun communities

  • Delivers health care through clinics, health centres and nursing stations
  • Provides nursing assessments of long-term clients
  • Provides case management and advocacy for clients

Offers services in the following areas:
  • Adult health
  • Chronic disease and management
  • Communicable disease control
  • Community and home visits
  • Foot care clinics
  • Health teaching
  • Immunizations
  • Long term care
  • Prenatal and postnatal teaching
  • School health
  • Well baby clinics
