- Accompanies individuals to appointments such as court, lawyers offices, police, and the hospital
- Refers individuals to appropriate community services
- Advocates to ensure individuals receive appropriate services
- Offers individual support at the Outreach office, by telephone, or by home visits (if deemed safe for worker)
