- Description
- Provides immediate crisis assessment, intervention, referrals and follow-up
- Works in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Child and Family Centre, and the Greater Sudbury Police Service
- Operates Manitoulin Crisis Response Services
- Visits with individuals in the community who are experiencing acute distress or a situational crisis
- Arrangements for visits can be made

- If immediate medical care is needed, a Crisis Nurse is available in the Emergency Department of Health Sciences North, located at 41 Ramsey Lake Rd. Individuals are required to register with the Triage nurse in the Emergency Department to see the Crisis Nurse.

- Individuals living with mental illness as well as those experiencing distressing feelings, thoughts, or relationship problems Residency Requirements: The Mobile Crisis Team is only available in the City of Greater Sudbury
