Early Psychosis Intervention Program

Provides community-based out-patient assessment and treatment services to adolescents and young adults to help them better understand and manage psychotic illness
Individuals who refer themselves, or have someone who refers on their behalf, can expect to wait up to 48 hours before being contacted
Hours of Operation
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Serves adolescents and young adults up to age 35 and their families

Residency Requirements: Surrounding communities within the districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin
Application Process
  • Self-referral, or referrals from general practitioners, mental health professionals, social workers, counsellor, or family members are accepted
  • Individuals can also call Central Intake and Referral at 705-523-4988 ext 4221
