Provides community-based out-patient assessment and treatment services to adolescents and young adults to help them better understand and manage psychotic illness
Comments
Individuals who refer themselves, or have someone who refers on their behalf, can expect to wait up to 48 hours before being contacted
Eligibility
Serves adolescents and young adults, 16-35 years of age

Residency Requirements: Surrounding communities within the districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin
Application Process
Self-referral, or referrals from general practitioners, mental health professionals, social workers, counsellor, or family members are accepted
