Description
NEO Kids Outpatient Services provides medical and therapeutic services to children 18 years of age and under and their families

Offers the following services:
  • Birthing Centre
  • Children's Treatment Centre
  • Infant and Child Development Services
  • Kids Care Centre (Pediatricians/Nurse Practitioners)
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Pediatric Unit
  • Violence Intervention Prevention Program
  • Pediatric Ambulatory Care Unit:
    • Allergy Clinic
    • Asthma Education Clinic
    • BALANCE Program
    • Cardiology Clinic
    • Cystic Fibrosis Clinic
    • FASD Clinic
    • Gender Transition Clinic
    • Neonatal Follow Up Clinic
    • Orthopedic Clinic
    • Rheumatology Clinic
    • RSV/Synagis Clinic
    • Various Special Procedures and urgent consults
Eligibility
Adult programming included within the Birthing Centre and VIPP Program as well as with Cystic Fibrosis and Botox/Spasticity Management

Age Requirements: Ages: 18 year(s) and under;

Residency Requirements: Northeastern Ontario - LHIN 13
Application Process
Referrals can be made via the Kids Care Centre from a family physician, nurse practitioner, walk-in clinic, emergency department or community service organization. Some clinics accept self-referrals. See website for referral forms and more information on specific services.
