Adult Mental Health Counselling and Treatment Services


Description
  • Offers a counselling and treatment program for adults with mental health concerns
  • Provides individualized treatment based on a person's goals
  • Offers both one-on-one and group treatment
Offers support for concerns or difficulties with:
  • Intense feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness or helplessness
  • Feelings of having lost touch with reality
  • Overwhelming fears
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Bipolar/Mood disorders
  • Postpartum depression
  • Schizophrenia
Eligibility
Individuals 16 years of age and older with mental health concerns
Application Process
  • Self refer or be referred by a health care provider or family member
  • An intake screening and assessment is completed to determine which services are best for the individual
