- Promotes independent living through peer interaction
- Recruits and trains volunteers to give leadership in encouraging others to develop independent living skills
- Offers adapted sports such as rowing, sailing, skiing and curling
- Provides a food program offering nutritious breakfast and lunches daily
- Offers recreational and social activities such as swimming, bowling, billiards, movies, and a monthly dinner club
