  • Encourages healthy eating habits, traditional diets and activities
  • Provides physical activity such as organized sports, physical fitness and physical recreation
  • Provides youth leadership opportunities
  • Provides specialized programs for women, youth, seniors and the disabled
Healthy Eating, Healthy Weight Program
  • Offers a 12 week weight management program
  • Teaches healthy eating practices
  • Supports physical activity goals
Smoking Cessation Program
  • Provides support to those who want to live a smoke free lifestyle through a variety of programs and workshops
