Mental Health Recovery Oriented Services
- Description
- Offers a range of recovery programming that individuals can participate in for free, including:
- Creative Expression programs (quilting, multimedia arts and workshops)
- Occupational Vocational programming (community based skill building workshops and volunteer opportunities)
- Recovery and Wellness Programming (Physical Activity, Food is Mood, Sharing Circle, Zumba, Drumming, etc)
- Peer Support (one-on-one and in groups)
- Family Support Night (peer-led group support to family members of people living with mental illness)
- Bereaved by Suicide Support Group (peer-led support to individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide)
- M.O.M.S/Mothers Offering Mutual Support group (peer-led support to moms 14 weeks pregnant up to two years post-partum who are experiencing mood changes)
- WRAP/Wellness Recovery Action Plan (8 week course - registration required)

- The Warm Line will also continue to be available to call between 6 pm and midnight every day of the week at 1-866-856-9276.
