  • Offers pre-crisis, confidential telephone support
  • In partnership with TAO Tel-Aide, offers access to French language services for Francophones
  • Operated by trained staff who have used (or are currently using) mental health services
  • Provides peer-led assistance with problem-solving and referrals to appropriate agencies
