- The Enhanced Congregate Care (ECC) program is an independent living program where four people deemed Alternate Level of Care (ALC) live in a shared setting
- Offers a four bedroom unit with shared amenities
- Equipped with ceiling track lifts in all bedrooms and bathroom
- Fully furnished

- Staff are present from 7 am-11 pm daily Overnight staff available by appointment or by use of a call bell
- Eligibility
- Individuals 16 years of age and older and must:
- Require physical assistance due to a permanent disability
- Be medically stable and deemed "alternate level of care" by Health Sciences North
- Be capable or potentially capable of directing their services
- Be able to live safely unattended (assistance is by appointment only)
