Mobile Crisis Response


Description
  • Provides a community-based crisis management intervention program
  • Responds to children, youth, and families who are in crisis due to acute suicidal ideation, severe homicidal ideation, and/or physical violence and/or aggression
Services include:
  • 24-hour telephone response
  • Risk assessment
  • Access to appropriate professional and clinical services and supports, including hospitalization
  • Referrals/linkage to follow-up services and plans of care

Mon-Sun 24 hours

Children and youth experiencing a crisis

Age Requirements: Ages: 18 year(s) and under;
Application Process
Service initiated upon referral through one of the following agencies:
  • North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services or
  • Local Hospitals
  • Police Services
