- Provides two respite beds at Chapleau General Hospital (care and monitoring provided by medical staff)
- Allows for participation in Activation Department activities, such as outings, daily games, crafts, beauty parlour, or movies
- Eligibility
- Individuals caring for a chronically ill or elderly loved one and require a short absence from providing care
- Seniors waiting for admission to a Long-Term Care facility and who require more care than the caregiver is able to provide
