Administration


Description
  • Provides services and supports to meet the needs of adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
  • Works on a person-centered model to address the values, priorities and preferences of each individual
  • Partners with DeafBlind Ontario Services to provide one-on-one life skills training support to deaf and/or blind individuals
  • Administers two residential group homes in the community which provide 24-hour support and supervision
Person Directed Planning (PDP)
  • Identifies what individual's needs and wants are in relation to life in general (assistance from family requested)
  • Identifies individual's personal, educational, vocational, medical, and safety support needs in relation to wants
  • Connects and supports individuals in accessing resources to meet identified needs and wants of the individual
Provides the following programs and services to enhance individual growth and independence:
  • Community Access Program
  • Passport Program
  • Respite Program
  • Supported Employment Program
  • Supported Independent Living
  • Transition Program
