Description
  • Provides rehabilitation services for continuing care patients, in-patients, as well as outpatients
  • Guides and teaches individuals how to manage recovery, adjust to dysfunction or disability
Provides services in three main areas:
  • Cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, cardiac rehab)
  • Neurological (strokes, spinal cord injury)
  • Orthopaedics (sprains, strains, joint replacements)

Application Process
  • Outpatient services must be requisitioned by the referring Physician's office
  • Patient will be contacted after hospital receives requisition
